Reaching over 4,000 acres between the Intracoastal Waterway and Port Royal Sound, Hilton Head Plantation has over 4,000 homes and 500 villas. There is the Country Club of Hilton Head Island which is host to the semi-private 18-hole golf course designed by Rees Jones.
