  • Are barbeques allowed on site? No, per city ordinance
  • Are satellite dishes allowed? Yes, but only within the framework of your unit's porch, and drilling into any part of the exterior of the building is strictly prohibted.
  • Am I able to store my boat or trailer on the premises? No
  • What about an RV? No
  • Are pets allowed? Yes, as long as they are not one of the breeds considered "First Bite" Dobermans, Pitbulls and so on...
  • What cable company service the complex? NTC/Shantel
  • Is flood insurance included in the regime fee? Yes

Regime Capital Fund - Purchasers will be assessed 2/12th of the annual regime assessment (2 months) at the closing of the transfer of the property. This money will be placed in a separate "reserve" fund and will remain separate from the standard Annual Assessment (payable monthly as a "Regime Fee"). This will not be considered advance payment of the Annual Assessment.

Earnest Money Deposit - For VIP Members the earnest money deposit due at the signing of the contract is $1500.00. For Non-VIP Members the deposit will be $3000.00.

Cooperating Broker Commission is 3% - Broker referral form must be filled out in full and presented at the time a client submits their check to Paramount for VIP membership. If a buyer registers without a Broker referral form then no commission will be paid. No exceptions. Best advice - Bring your clients out personally!!!
