Rick Saba
When you talk to him you know that he is very proud of where he lives and he loves this community. Rick and his wife Jada attended high school together in Albany, New York, Rick then attended school at St. Michael's College in Vermont. After college Rick went to graduate school and studied business and political science at Old Dominion University in Virginia. Soon after, Rick worked for Nabisco in sales and worked all over the country, until finally settling here on Hilton Head Island. They have 2 children and absolutely call Hilton Head Island home.
Rick Saba studies this market and continues to study the new areas of growth in the Low Country. In a market the is always changing, he is constantly updating his clients on what's going on, as if they were right here with him. This is so important, especially with out of town owners. You need someone that is concerned about your property and can be a crutch to lean on if you need anything and his clients know this! With more than 100 transactions a year, his repeat clientele is what it's about. "I work 7 days a week, not because I have to, but because I want to." Ask anyone of my clients, my follow up and attention to detail is really second to none.
Rick was the President of the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors(R) in 2005, he currently sits on several committees at both the local and state level. Rick has been a member of the President's distinguished Honor Roll for more than 8 years. Rick co-founded a local organization known as YES "Young entrepreneurs of the South", he is also very active at the local Humane Society. A top ten Realtor out of more than 1,800 agents, he has sold over $40 million dollars and serviced more than 150 clients in 2005. In 2006, a so called flat market, Rick closed more than 75 transactions! His service, work ethic, and energy are second to none and you know this the second you meet him. In 2007, Rick had more than 100 transactions and continued to serve as a State Director and Board of Director for the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors(R). In 2008 and 2009 he closed more than 175 transactions and already this year in 2010 he has 51 closed transactions. Rick continues to volunteer in the community at the Hilton Head Humane Society and various local fundraising efforts with his band White Liquor.

They have the support (Assistants and Computer personnel), they help one another (everyone works together, helping one another's clients and customers alike), they have the repeat clientele that keep coming back and referring friends and family, and they have the community respect, because we love it here and we certainly give back, knowing how blessed we are to be a part of the Low country. Dan Prud’Homme, our broker in charge, encourages heavy involvement at the Association of Realtors and with our Community. Everyone that is a part of the Carolina Realty Group volunteers and gives back or he does not bring them aboard! That's the best part of this company by far and the people that work here know that and respect that.
-Rick completed his certifications for the National Realtor® Association as a SFR ® Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource. Rick also is a Certified Distress Property Expert CDPE® having completed his course and test in 2009
